Here is a another update. This is a low poly tank that was done for an employment art test. Triangles limit of 800 and 1024 texture sheet. After a review from one of my friends I will be laying out the textures again in the future to use the space on the texture map to greater effect. I included some pictures here but all can be seen in the 3D section of my site.

Also I have always wanted to try modeling a M4 rifle and will be finishing it soon.

5/16 still working on it.

Here is another art update.

This month has been busy working on updating The Player Slayers web site for the new magic the gathering product release “rise of the eldrazi”. This time I decided to go with a blue / purple rock mystic theme. This is to coincide with the theme of the set and one card from the previous set “eye of ugin”. I have yet to finish the flash intro completely but I was having fun in After Effects and made a new company logo into. It turned out ok.

I also made forums for the company recently. With all this web code and PHP learning going on you would think im starting to turn into a web dev. (not happening) But it is good to learn this stuff. Your can check out the forums at www.theplayerslayers.com/PSforums/

I had also wanted to do a custom digital painting for the forums header but my skills in digital painting are not where I would like them to be. I will continue working on it but I dont know if it will go up on the forums unless I can get better at this stuff.

Sorry not much of an update but I have be ill with probably the worst cold I have had in about 5 years. During my time of sickness am trying to get better at using my new Wacom tablet. Frogs are cool.

Ok so this is not really an art update as much as it’s an, I had fun at Megacon and the Tyco Warbird Airshow this weekend post. Anyhow check out the pics and I will be posting more art soon.

Special note that watching a live fire (blanks) ww2 re-enactment is awesome! an MG42 makes a lot more noise than in the movies. Also check out the couple of photos of a Air Force F-86 Sabre and an A10 flying in formation together, defiantly not something you see every day.
